To the title: I've been working out for about an hour days per week with the Blogilates calendar, which I have been loving! It's great to have someone telling me exactly what to do every day, what workouts will help my body the most, etc. I've been trying to eat healthy foods, but I still eat some sort of dessert most nights and I'm eating in moderation, not bypassing the foods I love.
I already am noticing changes (for the positive) in my body: my abs are showing more, my jeans don't need to have the adjustable waist taken out (yes, I'm still in kids sizes ... I'm 5'0" tall ... you can stop laughing) ;), and I just feel happier. It might have something to do with endorphins ... ;)
However, I am hungry A LOT. To give you a perspective, I just ate less than an hour ago, where I ate apples, cucumbers, and 2 huge servings of mac-n-cheese. My stomach is actually growling, which is so attractive ;). Basically, it's like I'm running again (which, because of ice and snow, I haven't been able to do because I can't get to the track.) So yeah.
Sorry this was short - homework >.<. Oh, the perks of high school ;)
Does this happen to anyone else?
What do you do when you are hungry right after eating?
